The 59,905-square-foot building delivered in 1965 on 2.5 acres in Los Angeles County, next to the 605 Freeway.
Cameron Driscoll and Luke McDaniel of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the landlord, AC Industrial Properties. Kander Pacific, Inc. represented the tenant in lease negotiations.
